Fruited Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can chopped peaches
3 Tbsp. peach syrup
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. sugar
1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatine
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Mix peach syrup and water together in a small pan and bring to a boil.
In a mixing bowl, combine gelatine and sugar.
Add hot liquid.
Mix with electric mixer until gelatine and sugar are dissolved. Beat in cream cheese.
Fold in fruit.
Pour into pie crust and chill.
