Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. half and half cream
    2 c. milk (can be skim)
    2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in 1 cup water.
    Add 1 chopped onion, at this point.
    Add bouillon cubes.
    Do not drain.
    In blender, process milk, cheese and flour.
    Add half and half (may also add 1 small can mushrooms here).
    Cook over low heat until thickened.
