Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. shortening or butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix water and fat and heat the mixture until water boils.
    Add all the flour and salt.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Stir and cook until well blended, until paste does not stick to side of pan.
    While mixture is hot, add eggs, unbeaten, one at a time.
    Beat until thoroughly mixed.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls on oiled baking sheet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    When baked, slit one side and fill with cream or chocolate filling.
