Busy Day Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat
    3/4 c. sliced onion
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. each: sugar and Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cut luncheon meat in thin strips.
    Cook onion in a little hot fat until just tender.
    Add catsup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and salt; add meat strips and heat to boiling.
    Spoon over hot fluffy rice.
    Makes 3 or 4 servings.
