Strawberry Dessert Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
2 c. frozen thawed strawberries
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Put in a large bowl and make a deep well in the center.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour into well.
Stir in carefully, just enough to dampen all ingredients.
