Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. (heaping) strawberry gelatin
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
9-inch baked graham cracker pie shell or plain crust
Preparation

Wash and stem berries and set aside.
Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Mix together in saucepan the water, sugar and cornstarch. Cook, stirring constantly until clear.
Add gelatin.
Stir thoroughly and set aside to cool.
