Salmon And Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) biscuit mix
    1 can salmon
    1 stick butter
    3/4 c. cooked eggs
    1 c. New York cheese
    milk
    boiled eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix the biscuit mix as directed.
    Add 1/2 cup grated cheese. Roll out and cut.
    Spread salmon in biscuit pan and add milk and 1/2 stick butter.
    Slice boiled eggs sand place in salmon mix. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Place rolled biscuits on top to cover pan.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on top.
    Add sliced butter on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
