Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz) pkg. elbow macaroni
3 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. regular all purpose flour
2 c. milk
2 c. (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a 1 1/2 quart saucepan, melt butter; blend in flour, salt, and pepper.
Remove from heat; gradually stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring, constantly, until thickened.
Add 1 1/2 cup cheese; stir until melted.
In a large bowl, combine macaroni and cheese sauce; turn into casserole. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cheese.
Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
