Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
1 c. hash browns, thawed
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Brown the sausage and drain. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, with points toward the center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with hash browns. Top with Cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle Parmesan over all. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Enjoy!
