Tuna Lemon Loaf(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 thin lemon slices
    2 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and finely flaked
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 c. fine cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Place lemon slices in bottom of very well-greased loaf pan. Thoroughly combine ingredients, except egg whites.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Spoon tuna mixture over lemon slices.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, or until center of loaf is firm.
    Invert on warm platter.
    Garnish with parsley.
