Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. finely chopped apples
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Place apples in mixing bowl and add sugar.
    Stir to mix and let stand at least 30 minutes.
    Add oil and eggs to apples and stir to blend.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into a well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 to 45 minutes.
