Peach Crisp (Cobbler) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 peaches (medium), peeled and sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Using a
    13 x 9-inch buttered dish, layer peaches (apples can be used instead, if desired). Sprinkle flour, sugar and cinnamon over peaches. Put butter a little here and there.
