China Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    2 sliced green peppers
    2 tomatoes, quartered
    4 chopped onions
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. bean sprouts
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Slice steak thinly in short crosswise pieces.
    Heat butter in skillet and add garlic, salt and pepper.
    Add beef and brown on both sides.
