Plum Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 small jars baby food plums
3 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix together eggs, sugar and oil.
Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Fold in pecans.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
