Holiday Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 lb. ground pork sausage
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. bread crumbs
12 oz. sour cream
1/2 medium onion, minced

3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pat out meat, one-inch thick, onto cutting board.
Cut into one-inch cubes.
Roll cubes into balls.
Place onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes or until browned.
Drain on paper towels.
Meatballs may be frozen or served at this point.
