Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 onion
    salt and pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can water, added to tomato soup
Preparation
    Mix meat, rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
    Make into small, round balls; place in shallow pan. Cover with tomato soup, mixed with water.
    Makes approximately 15 meat balls.
    Bake in a slow oven for 2 hours, covered.
