Ingredients

1/2 lb. smoked salmon
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/3 c. chopped scallions
1/4 c. finely chopped dill
lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
dash of Tabasco sauce
pepper
Preparation

Put ingredients into food processor until well blended.
Put in serving dip bowl.
Serve with crackers.
Add a bit of whitefish for milder flavor.
