Apple Pie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. hot water
5 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix all together.
Makes large cake.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
