Angel Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O (may use any flavor of Jell-O)
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1 big can crushed pineapple
    1 c. pecans, crushed
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
    2 (1/2 pt.) cartons whipping cream
Preparation
    First dissolve Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water and juice from the pineapple.
    Add marshmallows and stir well, then chill. Fix in a 9 x 14-inch pan.
    Add coconut, pecans and pineapple. Fold in whipped whipping cream and chill for 1 or 2 hours to set.
