Baked Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 zucchini
lemon pepper
olive oil

Preparation

Slice zucchini in 1 1/2 to 2-inch thick rounds.
Place on cookie sheet.
Brush with olive oil.
Sprinkle well with lemon pepper.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 7 to 10 minutes.
