Stir-Fried Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag fresh spinach
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Rinse spinach well and remove tough stems.
    Coarsely chop. Melt butter in a saute pan and saute garlic lightly without browning.
    Add spinach; toss and cover, cooking just a few minutes, until spinach is wilted.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice and toss again before serving.
    Serves 4.
