Breakfast Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine flour and Crisco until crumbly.
    Add buttermilk.
    Mix until smooth and flour as needed.
    Knead into a ball and roll out on floured surface.
    Cut in small biscuits and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
