Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 flour tortillas
    8 slices ham
    8 slices Monterey Jack cheese
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 oz. can mushrooms, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper, stirring constantly.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook until thick. Place slice of ham and cheese and sprinkle with mushrooms on each tortilla and roll up.
    Place folded side down in 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour white sauce over tortillas.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
