Individual Barbecue Taco Salads - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz pasteurized process cheese or cheese spread with jalapeno peppers
Preparation

Brown meat; drain and add onion.
Cook until tender.
Stir in barbecue sauce and chili powder.
Heat thoroughly.
Add process cheese spread.
Stir until melted.
Then arrange lettuce in cups. Fill each cup with meat mixture, chopped tomatoes and corn chips.
