Peanut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. peanuts, unsalted and skinned
    4 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    4 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Roast
    the peanuts lightly in the oven; cool and grind. Boil the sugar with 2 cups of water until mixture forms a hard ball in cold water (240\u00b0).\tAdd the ground peanuts and continue
    cooking, stirring constantly, until bottom of the pan can be seen in the wake of the spoon.\tRemove from flame.
    Add the egg
    yolks, cinnamon,
    salt
    and vanilla and beat the mixture into
    a
    paste. Press
    mixture
    into
    small balls with wooden paddles
    moistened in cold water.
    Arrange on wax paper lined tray and dust with powdered sugar.
    Serve when dry.
