Ingredients

jalapeno peppers
2 c. white vinegar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp. Fruit Fresh (to retain color)
Preparation

Pierce jalapeno chili peppers with knife tip.
Combine remaining ingredients in large jar or glass bowl.
Let peppers soak in solution overnight.
(Weight down so peppers are below liquid.)
Drain liquid in saucepan.
Bring to boil and add peppers.
Simmer for 3 minutes.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
