Hummus(Great As A Dip For Fresh Vegetables.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed well
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. tahini
Preparation
    Drain garbanzo beans.
    In blender mix with lemon juice, garlic and tahini.
    Blend until smooth.
    It may be necessary to add up to 1/4 cup water to make mixture smooth.
