Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2/3 c. hot water
    2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except butter, and boil for 30 minutes. Add butter when cooked.
    Let cool before icing cake.
