Shrimp And Scallop Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lemon (juice)
    4 to 6 cloves garlic
    1 1/2 lb. deveined shrimp
    1 lb. cleaned scallops
    parsley and pepper
    paprika (hot or regular)
    angel hair or linguine pasta
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    Place cleaned, deveined shrimp and scallops in a shallow baking dish or pan.
    Squeeze the lemon, add olive oil, butter and minced garlic and pour over shrimp and scallops.
    Place under broiler for 2 to 4 minutes on one side, then turn and place under broiler another 2 to 4 minutes.
    Do not overcook.
    Sprinkle paprika and pepper to taste.
    Garnish with parsley.
    Cook pasta al dente.
    Pour the shrimp and scallops over with all pan juices. Make more juice if you would like and our over cooked linguine or angel hair pasta.
