Brattens Boston Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
1 c. diced celery
3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. diced onions
2 c. diced potatoes
4 c. half and half or milk
1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Drain juice from clams.
Pour over vegetables.
Add enough water to cover; simmer over medium heat until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.
