Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    5 eggs
    4 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 c. grated zucchini, packed
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients, plus nuts.
    Mix sugar, oil, zucchini and beaten eggs.
    Add flour mixture to egg mixture; blend well.
    Divide batter into 3 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from pan at once and cool.
    Good to wrap in aluminum foil and freeze.
