Angel Pie(This Is A Heavenly Pie.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Beat egg whites until foamy.
Gradually add cream of tartar and sugar; beat until mixture is stiff and glossy.
Pour into a pie plate and bake in a 275\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, then in a 300\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
