3 tsp. melted butter
4 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. boiling water
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place cornmeal and melted butter in a bowl, adding boiling water slowly.
Beat until smooth.
Add milk and eggs; mix well.
Pour into hot 8-inch square baking pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
