Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. zucchini squash
    1 bell pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice zucchini.
    Boil until tender and drain.
    Pour into pan and mash slightly.
    Add butter to hot zucchini. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
    Mix.
    Put in buttered dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
