Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. raw stew meat
    4 to 5 large carrots, cut up
    4 to 5 large potatoes, cut up
    2 stalks celery, cut up
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. V-8 juice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place ingredients in roaster.
    Cover.
    Bake for 4 hours in 275\u00b0 oven.
    Needs no stirring.
