Mom'S-Going-To-Meeting-Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat (1-inch cubes)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. chopped onions (medium)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 c. potato pieces
    1 can celery or tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole.
    Use tight lid.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Serves 5 or 6.
