German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

2 large eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 to 1 c. nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs and oil until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or two 8-inch greased and floured pans at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
