Squash Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. milk
    2 tsp. onions
    1 c. cooked squash
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. hot oil
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine all
    ingredients, except oil.
    Mix well.
    Drop by tablespoons into 1/8-inch
    hot oil.
    Flatten patties to 1/4-inch. Fry until golden brown and turn over.
