Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. apples, peeled and sliced
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
6 Tbsp. butter
cinnamon
Preparation

In 8-inch square dish arrange apple slices in layer, packing firmly (use more apples if necessary).
Combine water, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla; pour over apples.
Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar and butter; sprinkle over apples and top with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
