Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ground sweet bell peppers
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. ground hot peppers
5 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle Certo
Preparation

Boil sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar for 12 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add Certo and stir.
Let stand 10 minutes or more.
Pour into baby food jars.
