Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 medium Granny Smith apples, diced

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 about 40 minutes in a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan.
