Southern Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. flour
    salt to taste
    pepper
Preparation
    Season chicken pieces.
    Dip pieces into milk.
    Coat with flour.
    Dip into egg, then into flour again.
    Drop into deep fat heated to 350\u00b0.
    Fry for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on size of pieces.
    Drain well.
    Serves 4 to 5.
