Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar (1 c. white sugar and 1 c. brown sugar)
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. sifted flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Beat eggs until foamy in mixing bowl.
Add oil, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and soda.
Mix well.
Add zucchini, flour, nuts and raisins.
Mix well.
Divide batter into two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
