Sweet 'N Spicy Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. popped popcorn (using no oil)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. water
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Spray a cold 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Add popcorn.
    Stir together remaining ingredients and add to popcorn.
    Toss until coated.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, stirring once or twice.
    Transfer to a large piece of foil and stir completely. Makes 6 (3/4 cup) servings.
    Contains 76 calories, 16 grams carbohydrates, 1 gram fat and 0 cholesterol.
