Baked Stuffed Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. scallops
    1 c. Ritz crackers
    3 shakes salt, pepper and garlic powder
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Mix Ritz crackers, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    In a saucepan, melt butter.
    Add the cracker mixture. Fold in scallops; mix well.
    Place in an ungreased 4-quart casserole dish.
    Place heavy cream evenly over top of scallops. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
