Angel Delite - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box sugar-free instant pudding mix
3 c. skim milk
1 can pineapple, drained (crushed or chunks)
1 angel food cake
2 bananas, sliced
1 box lite Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix pudding with milk until thick.
Add drained pineapple and bananas.
Tear cake up into small pieces and mix with the pudding and fruit.
Top with Cool Whip and chill overnight or at least 6 to 8 hours.
