Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, minced
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for
    15 minutes.
    Serve hot with crackers.
