Egg Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    6 eggs, hard-cooked
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    10 3/4 oz. mushroom soup
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
    Add mushroom soup and milk; reserve 1/2 cup of mixture.
    Stir rice into remaining mixture.
    Put in a greased 9 x 12-inch dish.
    Cut eggs in half lengthwise; press the halves into rice mixture. Drizzle reserved soup mixture over eggs and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 4.
