Smoked Fish Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boned, flaked, smoked fish
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions with tops
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    crackers, Melba toast or toasted bread rectangles
    parsley sprigs
    pimento diamonds (garnish)
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese until smooth.
    Add green onion and horseradish.
    Stir in flaked fish.
    Chill for several hours or overnight.
    Serve as a dip with crackers or Melba toast. Excellent spread on toasted bread rectangles and garnish as desired with parsley sprigs or pimento diamonds.
    Makes about 1 2/3 cups dip.
