Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 fresh ears corn
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. heavy cream
Preparation
    A full-bodied potato casserole makes the perfect partner for just about any dish, whether it be beef, poultry or fish.
    This one is fortified with cream cheese, eggs and ham to give it a slight smoky flavor and spiced with exotic cumin, turmeric and cayenne.
